Pancakes

Mix 1 cup of plain flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and water until you have a smooth and creamy texture. The batter is ready to cook. Ladle out one portion of batter into a preheated nonstick frying pan. When the pancake starts to bubble, flip it and then cook till golden. Remove and serve.

Tip: to make crêpes, just add some more water to make a looser batter.
