Rump Steak Kebabs With Cumin Seeds

Ingredients

4 Apolónia rump steak kebabs • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 50 ml olive oil • 1 tsp chilli powder • 30g Belamandil Flor de Sal • Pepper to taste

Method

Add the olive oil, the chilli powder, the toasted cumin seeds, the ground pepper, and brush over the meat kebabs, leaving to rest • Season with the flor de sal (salt) and grill for between 8 and 10 minutes, according to taste • With this meat in particular, do not cook to more than medium, to keep it tender • Serve with a green salad
