Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 2 Portobello or Marron mushrooms
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 onion
• 75g bacon
• White wine to taste
• Tomato pulp to taste
• Gouda cheese to taste
• Mozzarella
• Olive oil to taste

Method

Heat the garlic and onion in the olive oil • Add the bacon and fry, adding the white wine and tomato pulp. Leave to thicken • Cut the Gouda cheese into little cubes and add to the pan, allowing the Gouda to coat the bacon • Wash and prepare the mushrooms for stuffing • Arrange on a tray and fill with the mixture • Place a little mozzarella on the top of the mushrooms and place in a preheated oven until the mozzarella melts
