Salmon Tarteletes

Ingredients

• 2 packs of 9 tartlets ‘3 Toques’
•  50g smoked salmon
•  1 tbsp Milram sour cream
•  1 sprig chives
•  1 tsp lemon juice
•  Freshly ground black pepper
•  Capers

Method

Cut the salmon into strips • Season the cream with the lemon and the black pepper •  Chop in the chives and mix • Fill the tartlets and decorate with little wedge of lemon, a little strip of salmon, a caper and a parsley leaf
