Shrimp Tarteletes

Ingredients

•  2 packs of 9 tartlets ‘3 Toques’
•  60g 40/60 shrimps
•  1 garlic clove
•  30g grated mozzarella
•  10ml olive oil
•  1 small pearl onion
•  100ml cream
•  Pinch of flour

Method

Chop the onion and the garlic and fry in olive oil •  Add the shelled shrimp, cut into pieces •  Season with salt and pepper •  Sprinkle with flower and add the cream, mixing to thicken •  Once cooled, fill the tartlets and cover with mozzarella, before baking in a medium oven for 10 minutes until golden
