Pumpkin-Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
2 marinated chicken breasts, ask the butcher • 400g pumpkin, cut into small cubes • Soy sauce • 1 tablespoon “Clearspring” green nori
Method
Bake the peeled and deseeded pumpkin in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 20 minutes • Cut chicken breast into chunks of similar size to the pumpkin cubes • Skewer, alternately, the chicken and the pumpkin onto sticks, to make small kebabs • Grill the kebabs for a few minutes on each side • Serve on a plate • Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with the green nori crumbs
