Tuna 'Estupeta'

Ingredients
• 750g salted tuna for ‘estupeta’
• 200ml olive oil
• 50ml white wine vinegar
• 2 onions
• 1 red tomato
• 1 green pepper
Method
Shred the tuna and wash in several baths of water to remove the salt, squeezing dry and placing in a bowl • Chop the onions , pepper and tomato, mixing well and drizzling with olive oil • After a few moments mix in the vinegar and stir again to combine all the flavours
