• 750g salted tuna for ‘estupeta’
• 200ml olive oil
• 50ml white wine vinegar
• 2 onions
• 1 red tomato
• 1 green pepper
Shred the tuna and wash in several baths of water to remove the salt, squeezing dry and placing in a bowl • Chop the onions , pepper and tomato, mixing well and drizzling with olive oil • After a few moments mix in the vinegar and stir again to combine all the flavours

To this end and while necessary, we have been and will continue to implement in our stores a number of informative and preventive measures, including changes to opening hours, access restrictions and the closure of our Cafés, among others. As such, all our stores will now open during the following hours:
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday - Closed
In addition, our Cafés are closed and entry and exit in the supermarkets will be regulated. The number of customers in each store will be controlled and entry may be limited where justified, with safety distance precautions between our customers also being adhered to.
