Gorgonzola – Cashew Balls

Ingredients
250g gorgonzola cheese • 100g unsalted cashew nuts • Cocktail sticks
Method
Remove the gorgonzola cheese from the fridge and when it reaches room temperature use your hands to roll it into small 10-gram balls • Place the cashew nuts in a blender and blend until they reach breadcrumb consistency • Roll the cheese balls through nuts and spear with a cocktail stick
