"Nogados" with Honey and Herb Syrup

Method

In a bowl mix: flour, free range eggs, olive oil, a dash of water, thyme, baking powder and salt • Mix until a smooth dough • Leave to rest for one hour • Roll out the dough and divide into little balls • Place in the oven • Boil the honey in a little pan until begins to thicken • Remove the dough balls from the oven and pour over the honey • Return to the oven • Place the “nogados” on a tray to cool • Serve on orange tree leaves with a sprig of thyme and honeycomb
