Crispy Beef Tacos

Ingredients
1 Old El Paso Tacos Kit • 500g ground beef • 125g grated cheese
(Manchego, Cheddar) • 2 ripe tomatoes • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 cos lettuce
Method
Heat a non-stick pan with the olive oil and cook the meat until it colours • Sprinkle in the spice sachet and stir well, adding 100ml hot water • Mix well and when it begins to boil, lower the heat and leave to cook for 10 minutes • Preheat the oven to 160/180ºC • Place the tacos with the mouth downwards onto a greased tray and heat for 2 minutes • Fill the tacos with the meat, the lettuce, the tomato, the grated cheese and the Old El Paso Taco Salsa
