Ingredients
4 ready-made pepper parcels purchased from the in-store butcher • 250g colored pasta • 300ml fresh cream • 1 250-g Christmas pudding (Frutogal) • 2 tbsp brandy • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar • Butter
Method
Preheat oven to 200ºC • Brown the pepper parcels in a frying pan in plenty of butter • Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the meat is cooked inside • In the mean time cook the pasta until al dente • Mix the cream, Christmas pudding, brandy and vinegar in a saucepan until dissolved • Serve the parcels on a plate with the pasta • Drizzle over the sauce
