Ingredients
- 1 kg apples
- 200g sugar
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 300g plain flour
- 175g butter
Method
Preheat the oven to 210º C.
Place the flour, sugar in a bowl, before slicing in the butter. Rub with your fingertips until you achieve the texture of fluffy breadcrumbs.
Place the peeled, sliced apples in another bowl, adding the lemon juice, the remaining sugar and the cinnamon. Mix together.
Take a baking dish and add the apple mix. Sprinkle over the crumble mix.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. When the crumble is golden, it is ready.
