Empty CartBaked goat’s cheese with honey and rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 log of Soignon goat’s cheese
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- Honey
- Rosemary
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.Cut the cheese into slices of about 5 mm and place on the slices of bread.
Place a sprig of rosemary on the cheese and bread and drizzle with honey.
Repeat this process for each of the slices of bread with the cheese.
Place in the oven to melt for about 10-15 mins.
